Global Pathways for Students Albrecht Fellowship Program

Open to Rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors

Consider applying to the Global Pathways for Students (GPS) Albrecht Fellowship Program.   

The GPS Program is a unique opportunity for 25 high-achieving college students to “get the inside scoop” from executives from globally minded, leading companies in the region.  Past participants include: Lockheed Martin, Stanley Black & Decker, Jhpiego, T. Rowe Price, Ciena, Under Armour, McCormick, PeaceCorps, and the U.S. State Department, and more.  Participation in this program provides students with the opportunity to meet various C-suite professionals and HR executives and build their professional knowledge, skills, and network.     

2022 Program Details  

Candidate Pre-requisites   

  • Must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior (at the time of the program)   
  • Must be able to participate in a full 10-day program  
  • Program participation fee of $250 (due only upon acceptance into program with need-based scholarships available on a first come, first serve basis)   

Upcoming Virtual Information Sessions via the UMBC Career Center
The UMBC Career Center will be hosting two virtual Information sessions so that students can learn more about the program and application process and ask questions.   

   

This is a fantastic opportunity for students to meet and hear first-hand from executives and industry leaders.
